1. Agreement Overview
By engaging NH Web Design ("we", "our", or "us") for digital services including Website Design, Graphic Design, Branding, or Web Application development, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Quotations, Pricing & Fixed Fees
All prices listed on our core platform—including our Starter (£500), Growth (£900), and Scale (£1500+) packages—are upfront flat-rates with no hidden fees. Any custom work outside the scope of these standard listings will be formally quoted in writing. Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
3. Payment Terms & Milestone Project Deposits
For all standalone development projects, we require a non-refundable deposit upfront before design and code layout processes begin. The remaining balance is payable immediately upon final project sign-off and approval, prior to the website being transferred to live hosting or a custom domain environment.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All coding files, tailored web app structure assets, asset designs, custom graphic layout drafts, and markup source assets crafted by us remain the intellectual property of NH Web Design until all final invoices related to the project are settled in full. Upon full payment clearance, ownership rights for the layout code and visuals transfer entirely to the Client.
5. Monthly Care Package Terms
Our Monthly Care Package is billed on a rolling monthly cycle at **£30 per month**, starting from the day your site goes live. This plan encompasses managed hosting architecture settings, uptime protection, security patches, backups, and 1 hour of small content changes per month. You can cancel this ongoing care service at any time by giving 30 days' advance notice in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we optimise our builds to run flawlessly using Cloudflare infrastructure, NH Web Design cannot be held financially liable for any indirect or direct business losses, revenue drops, data accidents, or digital downtime caused by unexpected technical hosting provider interruptions, client server configuration alterations, or malicious external cyber activities.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of services rendered shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
